Privacy
This worksheet processes the values you enter in your browser. It does not ask for an account or email. It does not submit your form to an application server or save entries in browser storage. JSON and CSV downloads are created locally when you choose to download them.
What the site does not use
The page does not use advertising, analytics, third-party tracking scripts, or embedded external fonts. It does not request your address or location. Links to NCHFP and Extension resources open those independent websites only when you choose them; their privacy practices are separate.
Hosting and network requests
Opening the site necessarily sends a standard request to its hosting provider. The hosting infrastructure may process routine technical information such as an IP address, request time, and requested page under its own service policies. The worksheet itself makes no API calls and sends no form values to the host.
Your downloaded records
A download may contain food, equipment, source, and process notes you entered. The file is saved through your browser; you decide where to keep it and whether to share it. Avoid including personal addresses or information you do not want in the file.
Scope
This page is a record worksheet, not food-preservation advice. It does not validate the accuracy or safety of any entered information.
